Day of Service Saturday
Sorors may choose:
- Nursing Home Ministry. Soror Brenda Lorthridge will be the coordinator. Need 10 Sorors. Click here for map.
- Glick Food Bank: Need 10-12 Sorors to help stock/organize at the food bank. Soror Anisa Evans is the coordinator. Click here for map.
- Dress for Success: Beginning in December Sorors can bring clean, gently used items of professional attire to chapter meeting, which will be donated on the Day of Service. We will need 10 Sorors to help stock items on site at Dress for Success. Sorors Jamyce Banks and Anisa Evans are the coordinators. Click here for map.
- Daysprings Center: Sorors will read to the children and provide books for the library and a healthy snack.
Registry Managers: Sorors Brandi Truesdale and Christa Wilson. - Donations: Sorors who are not able to attend may join in the day of service by making donations. Those donations must be received by the January chapter meeting and will be used to support the selected programs. Rejoice in Red: Sunday Morning Service At your place of worship.
Sorors will come together at their churches in their Delta Red, sit together at their church and take a group photo. The key is to identify all Sorors at your church. There will be a lead Soror assigned at most churches. Please contact Carolyn Sanders at vpresident2@dstiac.com if you would like to be the contact at your church.
