Since 1985, IAC has taken high school students on campus tours of Historically Black Colleges and Universities.  The Black College Tour typically occurs during spring break each year and to date, over 1000 students have toured at least 30 HBCU’s.

IAC is currently accepting applications for its Spring 2011 Black College Tour. The trip is planned for Sunday, March 27th to Friday, April 1st of 2011. It is open to current freshmen, sophomores and juniors interested in visiting the following:

• Lane College, Jackson, TN
• Alabama A & M, Huntsville, AL
• Alabama State, Montgomery, AL
• Tuskegee University, Tuskegee, AL
• Xavier University, New Orleans, LA
• Dillard University, New Orleans, LA
• Southern University, Baton Rouge, LA
• Jackson State University, Jackson, MS
